I have a huge FOMO going on now that I am not at event camp. I was thinking of going to audit but the week is getting away from me so I don’t think I will make it. MORE FOMO. But that is okay. Finn is doing great.
But I am off this week so playing with my horse, getting more hay in, and just doing stuff around the house. So not a total loser (Okay I am kinda LOL)

I have a saddle fitting appointment on Friday (fingers crossed it doesn’t rain OR be so humid we can’t breathe, it could be both knowing NC!). Be good to get an idea what else could work. The old Crosby wide saddle we are using now he is growing out of too. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET ME THAT SHIT used for Alice in Wonderland to make her smaller. I could use this for Finn.

And that is it in a nutshell. Finn’s back is great, we need a saddle that fits and we should be going forward.
I am planning on pulsing his back again in June rather than back injections for now. My vet thinks this is a plan. My horse is FEELING GOOD. Hahahha fun right? Buy a young Amish horse it will be fun,thought me. Well he is not boring no matter what..

Baby orca, I love it! 😂 We had to chain Dee’s water tub to her fence this winter because she kept dumping it out, and picked the coldest days to do it too. I’m glad he’s feeling better, fingers crossed for your saddle fit appointment!!

Saddles. The worst. Eros is wide, Al is extra wide, and Shiny’s saddle is wider than that. But she’s ready for something slightly less wide now that she’s a healthy weight again. So we also need to start saddle hunting. Yuck. Hope you find one soon!
