So Busy

My head is spinning with life and things going on. I swear I may lose my marbles if things don’t slow down.

Remus is doing good. So good he actually had to have a pro ride or two this week for being a jerk to his lease person. HOW dare he be a shit to her she loves him so much.

I got the house cleaned top to bottom and it looks great and also cost me a fortune. I got two new areas floored. I got rid of the only carpeted room (guest room) in here and also refloored the back office and hall (WELL I didn’t do it, Empire Today did but it was great and affordable too!)

I would CUT grass if it would freaking STOP RAINING FOR FIVE MINUTES. It is insane we got 3 inches of rain yesterday and I dumped the rain gauge and had another 1.5 inches or rain overnight. STOPPPPPPPPPP

The photographer is coming to take photos of house for listing tomorrow. While my house is clean do not forget all the damn animals I have in here. The minute the cleaners left the cats vomited everywhere (LUCKILY NOT ON NEW FLOOR) and then yesterday Salty had a vomiting issue. DANG GUYS KEEP IT CLEAN PLEASE.

We have a pre-showing on Monday as a realtor has been bugging my realtor to see the place. I said fine but they better take all this rain in account. I hope to get it done this weekend but with the Amazon rainforest going on here who knows.

After a LOT of angst (the sellers were a five letter word that rhymes with glasses during this whole process) we got the house in Clemmons, NC. No land, in a development so it is going to be weird. But the yard while tiny is already fenced. Also there is a three car garage. SO FINGERS CROSSED. We close on the 23rd.

I still don’t have homes for the minis. Well my friend Grace will take them but I am trying not to make her add anything to her busy schedule (She is a doctor, she is busy she has kids, they are building an addition etc.) I may end up just moving them to NC and paying board somewhere. I really really will miss them I am afraid if I find them a home.

I also have a bunch of work still to be done here at the house. I want to sleep for a week. OH and then work is nuts too. And how are all of you?? Anyone else ready to jump off a bridge? Just me? Okay then! Happy Thursday!
