Luna, Luna, Luna…

Waiting for Remus photos to update on him but haven’t got them yet. So I am going to tell you about Luna and where we are right now.

Luna is like the little girl with a curl?

“There was a little girl,

            Who had a little curl,

Right in the middle of her forehead.

            When she was good,

            She was very good indeed,

But when she was bad she was horrid.”

That sums her up pretty much!! She has been kicking out (She is not a fan of going forward) and then that progressed to TRYING TO BITE LINDSAY while she was riding her. Umm no mare, no.

That made me call AP (trainer from Georgia) to pick her brain and find out that this horse is special. AS IN SPECIAL.

The good news is Lindsay rode her today (I went to watch) and she was MUCH better. Lindsay also was carrying two whips (one a lunge whip) on AP’s advise. It worked. Two tries at biting (Not really trying hard and she stopped that). She even did some cute trots around.

I think we have a game plan in place. Also she gets her feet done at vets this week, her original vet got hurt (NOT BY HER) and I have someone else doing her at the vets this week.

Oh and that brings up some more news. LOOKIE what is being delivered to me tomorrow. I am so excited!! It one year old and barely used. It has all the windows I wanted and I might just move into it I am so in love.
