Hello Again, I Am Back!

Well that was a longer break from blogging than I meant to do. But Covid kicked my ass and then some.

SO LETS look back shall we.

Finn is doing great. He is shiny and getting so dark with his winter coat. Love his color.

We took him to the saddle fitter a couple weeks ago (BC-Before Covid) and he was SO good off property. A bit looky loo but not stupid. Lindsay got on him and rode in the ring and then Joshua refitted his saddle (Joshua saying OH he has not widened at all then seeing the saddle and going OH he has LOL)

We had to widen his saddle already (even though it was not six months yet. Sigh. This horse. But he is so much happier with the way it is sitting now as It was perching up there before we had it adjusted).

Then Lindsay got on Toulouse and tried saddles. Toulouse had FEELINGS and tossed Lindsay and that was not fun. (At least it was not my horse doing the tossing? Am I right? But instead the 17 year old retired horse)!

I didn’t get on my own horse (and haven’t ridden in weeks now) as I suspect I was already sick on that day a couple weeks ago. UGH. But I am finally feeling better (it was not a fun Covid) while still coughing and wheezing I am getting there. Hope to ride my pony this week.

Onward!! 🙂 How has everyone been? I need to catch up on other blogs. YOU KNOW I am sick when I am not on social media or blogs or really on the computer at all!! It is cooler now too though we had a big storm on Saturday that flooded everything around and it was not fun. But Finn is enjoying the cooler temps.
