Sorry for not being around. I had a work trip last week and luckily Finn has not cost me a bunch of money lately. All is good, he went to get his feet done on Monday and the vet took a quick look at him. I had had the good idea of wrapping his foot and putting a bell boot on it instead of the boot (The boot had started causing some issues as the sweat and moisture was NOT good).
And viola!! He is now only getting a spray on his wound as well as bell boots on and cleaning when it gets dirty. And he can start back in work! YAY!
Now of course it is hot as hell. One thing at a time 🙂 But Finn is back baby! Whew and yes the wound is still so gross but closing up!
About a week ago when I made the decision to stop with the boot, it looked like this! EWWW
And now it looks like this!
Baby steps but whatever works!! Whew. Now to wrap him in bubble wrap!
