Finn is doing great, the weather has turned a corner and I should be able to ride my pony in lessons soon!! YAY!
Saying that it will be high 80s to 90s this week but cool in am. Whatever, I will take it.
I was GOING TO GO RIDE My pony on Saturday. WAS. Ended up taking my golden retriever pony on a walk instead cause when I got to the barn and found my horse standing by the water trough I saw this.
First day in months it was cool (almost cold) sunny, not raining, and I was going to climb aboard my horse and maybe even go on a trail ride with Lindsay.
Finn in the usual Finn fashion said. HOLD MY BEER!
Even though he was out in the field he was pretty stocked up on it and heat was in it. So off to the hose we went.
After hosing I followed (Well led them really LOL) Lindsay and Toulouse through the trails to the ring where she rode and I just chilled with my large puppy.
Then Finn and T had a mutual grooming session.
And since I couldn’t ride let’s just look how cute Toulouse was riding 🙂
Before I slathered it with swat and meds, I took one more photo of Finn’s leg (as of yesterday Laura said it is looking good and he is not sore on it anymore). Back to work he goes this week!
Maybe next time I go to ride my horse, I can I don’t know actually ride? Happy Monday!
PS. Finn is already getting his winter coat btw. I would like a long Fall please. Bet it doesn’t happen!
